| Being a Mortgage Broker, I have access to a variety of lenders who offer mortgages, line of credits, construction advances, refinance and debt consolidation solutions. Unlike the major banks, I work for you (the client), and handle the negotiation of interest rates for you by using my knowledge and experience. As a mortgage broker, I also differ from the banks in that I am paid by the lending institution you get the mortgage from, and my commissions are not based on what interest rates I offer you. You shall only receive the lowest rates, and the highest level of communication and service. Some the areas I specialize in are: - Working with first time home buyers - Credit counseling poor credit clients (I can guarantee an increase in your credit score in just one month!) Over the last year I’ve started working with developers, and have found my niche in the market for private lending. I like to think of myself as a creative mortgage solution, who thinks outside of the cookie cutter view that most major banks do. I find lenders that look for investment opportunities, not guidelines and policies, and create a mortgage that suites my clients needs.
